It's hard to believe that another year has passed. So many lives were touched. I remember the day so clearly. I was heading out the door to work when it happened. At first I was unable to take in what was happening. It was like a movie came on, but it wasn't a movie. I remember leaving driving to work listening to the radio only to hear another plane crashed into the Twin Towers. Everything came together. This was no accident.

That day changed the life of some many people. America had experienced a terrible terrorist attack. I like so many never thought this possible in the United States of America. Sure we read about in other countries, but not ours. Yet here we were.

How amazing to see so many people rally together. So many people remembering this great country. So many people uniting as one. Our eyes only saw each other as neighbors, friends, allies. How sad that it quickly faded. How sad that we again turned our backs on one another.

Remember those who lost loved ones. Remember those who serve our country. Remember our nations leaders.
